About Us

Minster Probus Club was established in 1988 and one of the original founder members still attends regularly.  We meet on the first Wednesday of each month throughout the year at the Hamworthy Club off Magna Road, Canford Magna, BH21 3AP for a two course lunch with coffee, usually preceded by talk by. a local speaker on a wide range of topics.  

The Hamworthy Club is well appointed with good facilities and has a large car park with plenty of spaces including many for Blue Badge holders.  

We are a small friendly club, which allows plenty of time for conversation with other members at and before lunch and during our monthly meetings; giving an opportunity to strike up friendships.  Other events include special lunches where we welcome guests, including our partners, skittles, quizzes and the occasional visit to local places of interest  

We are keen to recruit new members and invite all retired men, who are interested in learning more about our club to contact us, better still, come along to one of our meetings.
